I gave up and decided to use a Focusrite Scarlett interface with the Helix connected via TRS cable. This setup works great and allows more options. Helix Edit works fine plugged into USB, I guess they just didn't want to spend money developing audio drivers anymore. You can be sure Focusrite will update drivers. I'm fine with them concentrating on the awesome amp updates they've been releasing, especially considering how old the Helix is. What other piece of electronics gear of any type do you know of that still gets new features and updates that make it like a new device after 11 years? I also have a Pod Go wireless. Surface Pro 8

This is a private device, I am the Administrator. I haven't tried Safe Mode yet.

I have a Surface Pro 8 that came with Windows 11 so there's no rolling back updates. I am unable to turn OFF the core isolation despite being administrator, so I can't use Helix drivers in my DAW.

Seems a little odd that it will change the color but not the name of the speaker. I had to search the forum for this answer, thought it wasn't working right. Thanks

Yes, I'm having the exact same problem on a Surface Pro 6, although it worked fine on my Windows 10 desktop tower.
