I don't have a Mark IV, but following the advice of the Support page, downloaded the updates. Sorry, but that was a waste of time since there's no updating the Spider 3.

The Support page say that a controller for a Spider 3 is compatible with a Spider 4. You must download an upgrade, then connect your Spider 3 controller to you computer via usb. The Spider 3 control board does not have a USB port.
