Hey man, I just had this exact problem for awhile and just figured it out!!!! open up the standalone player for pod farm, open the preferences menu. Go to the hardware tab, and click on "ToneDirect settings". This will open up the UX2 through your computer's sound card wizard and you can adjust the buffer size from extra small to medium. literally fixes the problem completely without adding any noticeable latency. I did do this on a mac so it may be a little different on a PC. But I would imagine its an identical process. Hope it works for you!
