Hello! I have a pod-xt live, UX2 and a pod-hd400. None of which can be found on my Windows7 HP laptop. I can get all of them to work on my old crap Windows machine but not my laptop. the error is : USB Device Not Recognized. One of the USB devices attaced to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it. For assistance in solving this problem, click this message. Of course, clicking the message never does anything. I have no idea why they even put that. I even tried allowing unsigned drivers to be installed with no success. Any suggestions?

I have the HD400 and XT live (and UX2). None are detected on my laptop (HP ZBook). Both of these work of four other machines, no problem, but not my new HP. All are running Windows 7. Just so you know, I have a pretty good understanding about computers. I administer large number of machines (over 400) for the past 18 years. My understanding is that POD devices do not like USB hubs. Is this still the case? I am not using one but wonder if the internals of this notebook are wired that way (for some strage reason). Thank you!
