I have uninstalled and installed the drivers again and again and there is no solution. In my lap top everything works perfectly, which makes me think that the problem is in a Windows update. I had the same problem and not even Microsoft's technical service could give me a solution. The only thing that restored my functionality was reverting to the previous version of Windows.

Hello people. After updating Windows 10 v. 20H2 my lap top could not detect my POD HD500 even though Windows told me the device was ready to use. I went back to the previous version of Windows and the HD500 was detected again, but now the problem is that when I open the HD500 Edit I can load and manipulate all the functions, load and save presets, etc., but once the Pod is connected to the USB, I cannot there is sound, when I disconnect the USB the sound comes back. El mismo problema lo solucioné por el vídeo que puso Just Startin'. Está en ruso pero solo con ver el proceso resulta sencillo hacerlo. Saludos y gracias Just Startin'
