  1. I seem to be having a problem with the Helix program on my laptop with Windows 7. I tried twice to download and install the app but when I open it I get a blank (black) window. If I shut it down and try to open it again it tells me the app has stopped working. I've tried it with the bundled driver and also downloading the driver separately.
