  1. Sign up first to see it: http://line6.com/firsttoknow/ My guess. Some type of POD integrated into stagesource speaker Discuss. If this has already been discussed elsewhere, I apologize. I didn't see anything in the general section.
  2. Yeah I didn't realize there was a new firmware out there. All is well. Thanks guys.
  3. Actually on the ipad in red fine print it says The firmware ver of teh stagescape host is incompatible with this version of stagescape remote. Please make sure that the stagescape m20d firmware is up to date. Firmware version on both the M20d and the ipad is 1.10
  4. Dammit. Nothing has changed except ios7 Uninstalled the software on the ipad, reinstalled. Wifi setup is good in the stagescape. Open the app on the ipad and it just sits there spinning after I select StageScapeM20d Frign Apple. Any help appreciated.
  5. Anybody else have high volume issues with this speaker? I find that if the master volume is less than 1/2 I lose some tone. If I put it at like 10:00 or so, the tone quality seems to drop. I'm using this as an acoustic amp primarily. I usually have the preamp volume or the gain level set to 9:00. Anything less results in the same thing. Tone loss. I sort of wish I had bought another L2T instead. The thing is just too damn loud, LOL. I have 3 more L3M's which don't help as I use 2 for my mains, 1 as a spare, but they don't have the mixer. I use my L2T as a monitor and acoustic amp when I play out. Listen to this guy eh? Complaining about too much volume.
  6. But when you're in the monitor tweak, that's true, but I'm looking for a separate EQ for just the mains.
  7. Thought there was an equalizer for the final output speakers L+R or FOH? Can't seem to find it.
  8. Nope. I just have mine configured as follows. For anyone else who is using the airport, make sure you have it set to DHPC/NAT mode if you do not have an internet connection. Then I just go to system > wifi and ensure that is says ethernet connected. Then go to your iphone or ipad and choose your airport express. Then bring up a song under music and there's a little square with a triangle on the lower right of the screen on the iphone or ipad or ipod. Click that and choose your airport express. Then you should also see a little ipod on the screen of the stagescape as well. I can't remember how I got that there. But you also need an 1/8" cable going from the back of your airport express into the aux in on the stagescape. Hope that helps.
  9. Well I'm not performing anywhere yet. I have the stagescape, a L2T, 2 L3M's and a L3T that I use as an acoustic amp. I know I shouldn't really be plugging the L3T I use as an acoustic amp into input 2 on the board, but this is my rig that I bring to shows, that is my acoustic rig, the 3LT. I know I should go direct to the board, but I have a rather complex system of preamps because of the guitars that I use, which are primarily resonators. I guess I should probably start over. I just set the levels for the vocals and then the guitars as I said and I can hardly hear the vocals. Have to turn the fader up real high, which doesn't seem right. I'm using a seinhausser e935 for vocals.
  10. Well I was having trouble with the in wall cabling I installed in the studio. Seems it could not handle the L6 link requirements. I ran a new cable and perhaps that was the issue. As far as speaker firmware, I'm unable to find speaker firmware. Does it exist? I searched high and low.
  11. Here's the deal. I'm a baritone. So when I set the levels, I might be pushing my voice too much, when in actuality my actual singing is much softer. I'll have to check the settings later and report back.
  12. Yes, but originally they assigned as L and R in the LED on the speaker itself. I updated the firmware and now they say 1 and 2. Is it the firmware that did this? I'm a stickler for details. Thanks
  13. Unless I'm an idiot, which is highly possible. So I set the auto trim and sing into the mic my loudest. It sets the trim, then I can barely hear my vocals unless I almost max out the vocal fader, or whatever line6 prefers to call it. Any ideas? I'm setting all the trims manually, ensuring they aren't clipping. Sometimes in the yellow, never in the red. I'm using the L6 link for 2 L3M mains and a L2T monitor. I'm using an L3T as an acoustic amp too, going into input 2, not the L6 link. Thanks
  14. I have 2 L3M's and a stagescape. In one video, it said the speakers should register as R and L However mine register as 1 and 2 with the L6 link. Is there an issue with this? Thanks
  15. Wondering if anybody has has success doing wireless music through the mixer. I hope to god you don't have to use Itunes. Anybody try this yet? My mixer is coming tomorrow. WOOHOO.
  16. So I've read conflicting things here about this. Line 6 says that the light on the Airport express must not be blinking amber. But another guy posted that you have to put the thing in DHCP/NAT mode, not bridged mode. I have another regular Airport/timecapsule and I want the airport express to just be stand alone, no internet. So, I set it up in DHCP/NAT mode and the light is blinking amber. I do not want this thing to be an extension of my other Airport/timecapsule. I just want to use it with the mixer. The mixer is coming tomorrow, so I'm a bit ahead of myself. Just looking for a definitive answer on the proper settings for the Airport express. Right now I have it named, with WEP personal, password and in DHCP/NAT mode as mentioned. Thanks
