  1. I'm assuming these will not be available for Amplifi correct?
  2. Tell friend to buy his own Amplifi :D
  3. 1. No update via Mac OS? What's up with that? 2. I updated the firmware I think. How do I know what version it's using? 3. When playing music via bluetooth, how do I prevent my phone from ringing through the amp? 4. Do I need to use the amplifi app for playing music or do I just connect bluetooth and play through the Music player on my Ipad/Iphone? Thanks
  4. Yeah, thanks. BBJ is my favorite I think. "He got a little short fuse like a spring in the box, he's a couple screws short and his engine knocks but he's all revved up and he'll plow your lollipop right down."
  5. Damn this is tough. Gotta keep busy. Recorded another yesterday. I don't like the song, but the band does, so I recorded it yesterday. Bass, drums, guitar and vocals is me. http://www.reverbnation.com/federalhog/song/22423839-wasting-time
  6. I had never heard that expression till we wrote the tune. My favorite part is "pork and beans on a Saturday night, the old folks home they treat me right"
  7. Thanks, glad someone likes us.
  8. Allow me to pimp http://www.reverbnation.com/federalhog/song/16561238-1234-hey-f-you
  9. This is for upstairs as the jam space in my basement (although heated) sometimes just is dreary to hang out in during the Winter. I gave my wife the line "It's a music player too" and she agreed to the purchase. The other day I said "my amp" and she said "our amp." It's rough waiting, but I'm like a little kid. I'll never grow up and I still feel like I need to have something to open on the morning of the 25th. It's a damn struggle. Especially since I work at home most days and the damn thing is just sitting there staring at me. It's more than tough, it's frign brutal.
  10. No candy on any of my orders. I told the last sales guy, that I'm no longer doing business with them if they put candy in the box. I was only screwing with them. This is rough though. Day 2.
  11. Am I gonna wait till Xmas day to open this?
  12. In the Pod HD Pro X edit program, I see a bunch of setlists. FX heavy, Bass / Aco / Voc, Best of HD, etc.... How do I navigate on the POD HD Pro X to these different setlists on the device itself? It defaults to Best of HD. Thanks
  13. I have a Rocktron Velocity 300 Power amp. I have the unbalanced mono out of the Pod > The Rocktron. I have the output level to amp, which I assume is correct. My questions. 1. Can I run the L6 Link out to the Stagesource L2T speaker while using the power amp as well? Remember I have the output level to amp. So I'm not sure if this is possible. If not 2. If I want to use the Stagesource L2T by itself, I would have to switch the output level back to line? Or is this switch specific to the unbalanced 1/4" outputs? Thanks
  14. So it's on its way to me. I have a Rocktron Velocity 300 on the way and a Mesa Recto 2x12 with V30's on the way too. From what I'm reading, people seem to like the POD PRO > powered PA speakers instead of Power amp Cab. I'm wondering if this is true. I also have 2 L3T's and 1 L3M and 2 L2T's as well to try out. Is there anything I should know as far as setup for the Pod HD Pro X > power amp > cab? Thanks.
  15. I have many ways to use itI suppose, if I got the FX100 as I have 2 L2T's, 1 L3M and 2 L3T's
  16. Contemplating getting an Amplifi 150. Then I saw the FX100 which I think is cool. However, it seems somewhat redundant to get an Amplifi 150 and an FX100 as well. Do you guys/gals think it would be better to get the Amplifi 150 and then get a Line6 FBV pedal.
  17. Yes, on the L3M which doesn't have the XLR1 and 2 mixer input, I'd just use the XLR input on the top back next to the RCA inputs.
  18. The L3M does not have inputs, as it doesn't have the mixer. It just has the 1 input on the back top, next to the RCA inputs.
  19. Keep in mind. I have 1 L3T which will have vocals into XLR1 input and acoustic pedalboard into XLR2 input. This is the speaker with the mixer. The other speaker is my L3M, which doesn't have the mixer. So, that's why I was wondering where I would connect the Laney tube amp. So 2 cables for the L6 Link, got that. Thanks.
  20. Ok, here’s the deal. I have a gig to play. Don’t feel like brining my stagescape. It’s gonna be a small room with tons of people. So I don’t really want the hassle of setting up the mixer and brining it. So here’s what I have 1 L3T 1 L3M Acoustic preamp pedal board Laney tube amp head and cab with DI Out 1 Vocal mic and vocal pedal. I hook my acoustic preamp pedalboard to mixer input 1 on the 3LT I hook my microphone into mixer input 2 on the L3T My question is about what to do about my tube amp? Should I hook the DI Out from the tube amp to the line input of the back of the L3T Then just connect the two via L6 link?
  21. I had the Bob Brozman RA-400. Same thing almost as you're looking at. I have 2 3LM's 2 3LT's and 1 2LT. No comparison between the Line6 and the RA-400. Line 6 has far superior sound quality IMO.
  22. Like the QSC. But I have to have matching equipment. So the Stagescape stays.
  23. Thought I created a thread on this before. Can't find it. Sign up first to see it: http://line6.com/firsttoknow/ I say stagesource speaker with some sort of pod technology built in
