Mine still switches automatically from time to time and, like you, it's my main rig. it got so bad that I had to buy a second unit because Line6 just stopped replying to my messages on the support ticket one day. It's a shame really because it's a good product, but their customer support is an absolute joke.
As a temporary solution I always carry a can of air duster and blast the switches with it from time to time. Definitely not a permanent fix but it does the job.
