My JTV 69 is only a month old and today noticed that the that the selector knob was not lighting up,then after a bit of pressing it came on Blue, I am trying to re load firmware but it keeps failing to upload to the guitar , now the knob is green ! I am recharging the battery just in case that's an issue, There were three greens on the back of the guitars power indicator. I also noticed that when I stared both lights on the USB hub were green , but before removing the battery one of the lights had turned red, Anyone have any ideas? what do the various colours LEDs indicate? is it a fault code? I have now successfully upgrade the firmware, but selector switch still not working properly, even though the LED is back to white. I shall get in touch with Line 6 tomorrow.
