I was able to finally upgrade firmware by Bringing the Firehawk to a friend's house and use his computer..it did take a few attempts and switched usb ports but it finally worked..😀....not sure what the issue was with my computer...I did just upgrade to Windows 10

I tried at least x20......tried reinstalling updater..... tried downloading firmware update to computer and then updating the firmware file to the firehawk...tried a few variations....had the best luck trying to update from firmware file on my PC.....progress would go to about 90% and stop......whenever I tried from the server it would almost stop immediately......I haven't tried a different USB port yet.....when I 1st got firehawk in July there was a immediate firmware update ...it worked via Bluetooth and I had no issues.....for some reason the update never popped up for me to do it that way.....and I tried doing it via PC.

I just tried to update my firehawk to 1.20.00 via my PC.......it said "error while installing firmware update"....."Firmware update failed"........Now A B C D lights are flashing and Firehawk won't work?

I'm using the tuner on the board however the app is also running from my phone...I'm thinking the vibrations from the drums were making other strings vibrate making it difficult for tuner to lock on.....the practice room is also a little small with concrete walls which might add to the vibration....however I have no issue when using my boss TU-3 under the same circumstances......I just got a new phone this week and didn't seem to have the issue with the tuner yesterday at practice ...so not sure if that had anything to do with it......besides that the tuner worked great....will update after our next weekly practice...

When I'm using firehawk at bandpractice and go to use tuner....if other instruments are being used loudly.....tuner can't lock on and give accurate reading.....becomes useless unless its moderately quiet.....is this something that can be fixed with firmware update?

I haven't had a issue with tuner locking up but have used firehawk at band practice and if drums or other other instruments are playing loudly in room.....firehawk tuner seems to get disrupted and cannot tune correctly....becomes useless unless room is quiet.....
