The support say that my pod is a defective unit so i've return it to the store unfortunately they dont have any replacement unit,so i ask my money back and they agreed,well i guess i have to wait.....

Hi,i recently bought pod hd 500x when i tried to register my product it says ESN could not be verified. Please confirm the supplied USN. ( Error: 523),i enter the correct SN, sorry for my bad english i attend to update my firmware please help
