I was doing the latest helix 2.91 update. All was going well and when the green progress line was halfway across it's path the download quit and left my helix with a blank screen. Now trying to update fails every time. The helix screen remains blank. If I hold down buttons 6 and 12 the screen stays blank. The updater still "sees" the helix to begin the upgrade. If I don't hold down buttons 6 and 12 a thin red line progresses across the helix screen and the unit appears to be caught in some kind of a loop.
