I've performed the aforementioned instructions to a T and still cannot seem to get the visual block editor screen on the right side of the screen to load???? Help

I am a new Helix user and have downloaded the latest software, installer etc. But when I try to use the editor on my Mac, only the narrow left side bar shows on the screen? I really want to utilize this option so I can edit without having to keep my Helix at desk top height or bend over all the time when making adjustments. Please help. Thanks so much Rob L
