Has anyone else had this problem? I have Java 1.8 (current version) installed on my computer but Workbench does not recognize it and will not open. I reinstalled Java and Workbench with no success. Do I need to reinstall Java 1.5 to get this operating correctly?

I have also run into this problem. Curious as to whether you found a solution?

I recently acquired this amp and am very happy with the tones I am getting for my purposes. I did a factory reset and cleaned the pots. There is still what sounds like thermal noise (hiss) coming throgh both the power amp and the xlr outputs. Any suggestions?
