i have as well and a ux2 actually died on me. so i bought a replacement thinking it was just a bad device and it still could have been. however, my 2 day old ux2 has the same issue you had and i just realized that this issue didn't really start for me till the creators update. how did you fix this? i called line 6 support and they made me wipe all my audio drivers and fresh install the podfarm/ux2 drivers and that only worked for like an hour..
