  1. My POD 2.0 took a hit when the power co. was messing with things, and I no longer have all the information from my purchase. Can anyone tell me retail cost of the POD when new. I also have the floorboard and the FB4 pedal and wonder about those costs as well. My information was lost in a recent move, and rather than estimate, I'd like to get closer to actual costs. Anyone with information would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you
  2. I have a similar issue. When I began I was unable to see the POD 2.0 through Edit or Monkey. I swapped cables to one made by Cakewalk, and while at first it showed no connection, after flipping a switch or two on and off I finally got it available through Edit, and I uploaded all the factory presets to my workstation (Windows 10) Monkey was updated this weekend, but still will not connect. I'll keep playing with it I suppose... I'm wondering, if I do get this working, is there someplace one can go and download different custom presets to the unit, I ondered if there is a repository of sounds and setups somewhere. Thanks...
  3. Chalk this one up to operator error. I had not used the foot switch enough to be totally familiar with it's workings, and didn't recall you have to select the Bank first, then select the channel... you can't just bank up or down without selecting a channel.
  4. I ended up taking the board to RJK services. Bob did the repair and had me back up and running in good time. Anyone near Kennett Square PA and in need of amp or electronic repair look him up. 5. Hello all. Well, I got the issue resolved with the Wah and now have another problem. When I power up the POD everything comes up and works normally. I'll see the Channel and bank in the POD readout, and the floorboard's corresponding Channel LED is lit, and the LED readout shows the correct bank. If I then try to Bank up or Bank down, the channel LED goes out on the floor board, the Channed disappears from the POD readout, the floorboard shows the new bank number, but the pod remains on whatever bank it was on, and nothing really changed. If I change channels from the floor board, everything goes back to normal, but chokes again if I try to Bank up or down. Everything else seems to working fine. This all worked prior to the Wah repair. Any ideas what might be going on???
  6. Thanks again for the response... I'll post back when I know a little more...
  7. Thanks for the response... The film strip looks to be in good shape, and moves as it should. The photo receptor/emitter is the yellow part that looks somewhat like an LED I'm supposing. Should that light when the unit is active does anyone know? Is there somewhere to find a part number for that if it needs replacing?
  8. So. I suppose nobody knows how to access those older documents. I did have the uniot apart the other evening. It would appear that someone tried some solder touch up that didn't work, indicating the person who sold me the board knew it had a problem and never bothered to mention that fact. It looks as if there isn't much to go wrong with on that circuit. The transistor doesnt look to be bad, but perhaps it is. Other than that, there does not appear to be much to go wrong. When I engage the switch, the light comes on, and I can hear the tone change, but no sweeping like a wah when I rock the pedal. So I may try replacing the transistor just to see it it's the issue. Other than that, can anyone tell me what else may go wrong on these units. I'd like to get it fixed if possible...
  9. I recently purchased a used Floorboard to use with my POD v2. It's in pretty good condition and all seems well except the Wah-Wah does not do anything. I can turn it on, and the light comes on, and I hera a difference in the tone, but when I rock the pedal, nothing changes. I have found a couple posts indicating a transistor seems to go bad occasionally, a 2N 4401. I also found a post during a search indication there was a way to adjust, and referencing a FAQ I cannot find. The Wah pedal on the floorboard may need to be adjusted if the light is coming on and you are not hearing the "sweep". See the following link for more information: Line 6 Floorboard and FB4 F.A.Q. http://line6.com/community/docs/DOC-1854 Is this a possibility, and if so, can anyone point me towards this FAQ? Thank You
