    FRFR speaker !!!

    Could be you didn't disable or bypass cabs? The IRs and Cabs most often only function properly with Frfr speakers. Only have an Amp on, not Amp + Cab, definitely no Cab on. Other than that, are you running direct to front of Amp, using effects loop, or only power Amp in?
