Hello everyone, I need help with this issue: I was alway able to shoot videos through the iPhone camera or IPad with the sound coming from the Helix LT connected via the apple usb/lightning adapter and now the usb/usb for the IPad Pro. When I try now the audio isn’t being recorded and the speaker icon on the iPad appears not selectable anymore and recording audio with the IPad camera doesn’t work. I’ve downloaded third party apps like Pro Movie and it crashes as soon as I hit the record button... can anybody please help? Thank you so much
