Hey, guess who didn't read this thread before updating my helix rack? Yeah. But I didn't panic, came here, and read what some very helpful and informative people had to say to help everyone through this. My issue, I downloaded, and never updated HX Edit to 2,8. And when I locked up at 50%, I started looking for why. Found that one issue, updated the software, restarted with 1& 6 ENC buttons on the rack unit, started the update software and it completed the process... Before you freak out (I know, these things ain't cheap and freaking out comes way easy), read this thread. A lot of people put in some worthwhile info for everyone to follow. To those posting helpful hints and tips. Thank you. It is much appreciated...
