Thanks. I had checked my junk folder and went to the ticket (before posting) nothing there. Plus I already bumped the ticket there. I will check to see if the L6 Updater recognizes the Helix and reflash if it does. Thanks again

I submitted a support ticket on Sept 5th, but have not heard anything back yet at all. Not even the robot email acknowledging receipt of my support ticket. Support Ticket 435788 My Helix floor unit screen is blank, and the scribble strips only glow when turned on. I tried 2 different resets...to no avail.

I just ordered the book. I was thinking about selling my Helix and going back to pedals because of the complexity. I figured that $20 was a small amount to pay to try one last time to get a grip on the Helix. I know of Craig Anderton from his old Cakewalk Sonar books, and know he's a reputable, knowledgeable guy., and his books are excellent.

I would like to see a 2 x 10 cabinet simulation and a Fender Vibrolux amp model.
