Helix Snapshot Limitations and Stomp‑Mode Issues

I would like to report a very uncomfortable bug on the Helix Stadium, which is unacceptable for a high-end piece of equipment. When switching snapshots, the effect trails go wildly out of tune, sounding like a cheap entry-level Chinese pedalboard. It’s simply horrible. I request an official response regarding this bug.
