This didn't help me on mac and is still broken.

Same problem in mac OSX. re-auth and reinstall after deleting didn't help. Failed to connect to DSP engine -8201. And Line 6 won't reply to my case request. Been a week.

I am not able to update the firmware. With the latest updater and firmware 3.0, it just spins and spins and never makes any progress no matter how long I wait. Not sure what to try. I've tried local and download through updater. What a pain.. Yes, better instructions would have been helpful. Thanks for the above post. Also having to restore user presets is archaic.
