I just ordered the SP1-L6H and that is my last attempt to fix my problem if not it is going all back and I am going back to my te electronic setup. Support here is really bad. People get triggered by questions or never answer. I've always used Roland and I can call them and get the answers with a smile. Frustrating getting answers here. It took 14 posts to get a simple answer before. I'm out of this forum even if I stay with the helix or not.

I'm using the SP-1 and everything is ok when I use the fc-200. When I start using the helix controller with the SP-1 the switch sometimes it turns on sometimes it does nothing and the expression pedal from top to bottom movement goes from close to open to close and it finally opens again a little bit. For me to make it behave normal I would have to press it half way. How can I fix all this.

yes I understand what they are but can I have multiple 8's is what my question should be. Can I have 8 and then 8 more and 8 more? Or is it 8 and you are done?

yeah, that's why I was asking cause I had no idea what you were talking about. what you call hub I normally call it a USB Bay thats why. A hub to me or logitech is a place where you can have all the drivers and function of everything "logitech made" up to date and such. a software basically.

once you program those eight snapshots you can't make more 8 snapshots in another bank? have 8 per bank is not possible? that would conclude my questioning I guess. don't look at it as presets or what ever. Look at it as I can only have 8 snapshots in bank 1 obviously. Can I change to bank 2 and have 8 more and so on? been using Roland for so many years and they have different ways to look at everything than you. I'm struggling to understand this new thing before time runs out. I don't want to stay with a unit that doesn't provide what I want. I'm sure it can. I'm just not seeing it or understanding it. For example you can see how confused I am cause I didnt even have the right manual. This one does have it

I cant find helix snapshot in the menu I got. I have the rack. Can someone tell me where is it?

I dont understand. I dont want to use the helix as a stomp boxes turning on and off effects the oldschool way. I want to change one preset with multiple things in it to the next without audio gaps. Is this possible? Cause I find nothing on the manual about this. If it is under what name is it? Cause I found nothing about snapshots and I saw no search in the pdf I have. Do I have to have same amps in all presets in order to be seamless changes?

what are you talking about? logitech hub is a software that controls your mouse and keyboard's dpi and rgb. the helix is or was connected directly to the pc.

how many snapshots can you have on the entire unit. I know is 8. But I thought it was per bank. Is it per bank or entire unit. cause if its entire unit this helix is going back my friend

it was the Logitech Hub. Then I ran the firmeware update and it wouldnt boot. I ran it again and everything is finally ok. I am so glad I never bought this helix when it came out.

I connected my helix to my PC and ti blue error the hell out of it as soon as I turned it on. I restarted the pc with it on and it did the same thing. I unplugged it and everything is fine. I'm an advance Gaming PC builder in Homestead city and my PC is in top shape so I am ruling it out. Has never BSOD in it's life. I just bought the helix rack and a helix controller cause it was not talking to my Roland fc 200. My question is before my controller arrives, I notice that DC input is for future use? How do you power the controller? I am making a wooden board were all the controllers and EXP pedals will be and before I start laying down how everything is going to be arranged I need to know about the power delivery of the controller. Also how much voltage if it uses a DC. Thanks
