Hi everyone ! I just need a little information for the helix control. On the user book they tell us to put a power supply (the line 6 DC-3G) with the helix control if the Cat Cable is too long. But i can't find it anywhere. Does the power supply of the pod HD 500x works ? I just bought the helix rack and a helix controller cause it was not talking to my Roland fc 200. My question is before my controller arrives, I notice that DC input is for future use? How do you power the controller? I am making a wooden board were all the controllers and EXP pedals will be and before I start laying down how everything is going to be arranged I need to know about the power delivery of the controller. Also how much voltage if it uses a DC. Thanks

Hello, I have had the controller for the helix rack stored away for a year or two it's been kept in great Nic. I went to use yesterday and found it was not functioning. It is connected to helix rack and does not respond to stomp boxes in any way. Also to tunning screen display is blank. The stomps have no text displayed above them, there is light however. I tried restoring factory presets and such but to no avail. Has anyone encountered this problem before. It's frustrating as I have got almost no use out of the controller. Kind Regards Geoff
