Crap. Strange that it only started after the latest update. Does anyone else have a fix?

Hi all, My HX Stomp has developed a fault whereby turning the scroll wheel causes it to jump two presets. This is making it very difficult to use live, as I need to press PAGE and then change presets using the footswitches. Is there any fix to this? Thanks

Still can't seem to figure this out, recording seems to come out at around -20dB regardless of the patch

Hi all, I'm using my Stomp as an audio interface, to record my bass into Audacity. I also have a Motu M2 interface but can't really see any reason to keep this, as it seems the Stomp already does everything... Anyway, for some reason the Stomp has a very low output signal into the PC - does anyone know how to make it louder? I'm playing through an active Ibanez, so the input signal is reasonably hot. I can increase the volume in post but this can add unwanted distortion. Any help greatly appreciated!

Hi all, On a lot of my bass patches on my Stomp, I have the Poly Pitch effect tuned -12 and 20% mix, just to give a bit of a low end boost. But I just tried the Poly Capo with same settings, and to my ears it does sound better and seems to track more accurately. Does anyone know the difference between Poly Pitch and Poly Capo? Cheers

Hi all, I would really like to put this patch in this video onto my Stomp, but it was created for the Helix Rack. I cannot import it using HX Edit as there's not enough DSP on the Stomp. Is there any way I can edit or modify it somehow, to remove some blocks so that it works on the Stomp? Thanks

Hey, I just tried this for the Poly Pitch effect (to use FS1 to either change it from -12 or 0). It works fine which changing from 0 to -12, but then when changing from -12 to 0 there's a lag and it takes a long time to ramp up and get through all the 12 notes. Anyone know why this might be?

Had another look, I guess some of these cables could be reversed but I wouldn't trust myself to do it...

Unfortunately I don't know anyone who can solder but I've sent off a few email inquiries. The MeloAudio has no switches or anything inside it

Haha yeah :P I'm no good at soldering though Do you know if I was to buy this RambleFX cable (can't find any in the UK), would I plug that into the DMC.micro, and then connect another standard TRS cable into the expression pedal?

Yeah it works fine when connected directly to the Stomp

Thanks, unfortunately the DMC.micro doesn't have this capability and that's what is feeding the info to the Stomp. I've got it going through the DMC so I can use two switches with the Stomp, and also use the expression pedal with my Source Audio C4

Hi all, Is anyone able to help me with my expression pedal problem? It goes from 0-100 super fast, and then 100-127 super slow. (Or 0-90 super fast, 90-100 super slow). Here is a video trying to demonstrate it, I have no idea how to solve it. Many thanks for any advice!

Does the Helix have any effects like a sequencer or random filter like on the Zoom pedals? I can't seem to find any

I usually play through my physical amp & cab with the amp & cab sim turned on on the Stomp, sounds pretty good imo

I'm having a problem with expression pedal input. I've literally no idea why this is happening! Anyone encountered it?
