Success, and thank you all. I thought I had done exactly what the notes said to do, but obviously I had missed something. Anyway, now all good with Helix, LT, Stomp and FX all updated.

I did the update 3.15 update to my HX Effects.......and now all presets are called "New Preset", with no factory names for any of them. Help please. I'm lost.

Brand new at this HX thing, but have owned many Line 6 products over the last 20 years. I've been sitting here for hours messing around, and keep coming back to something (hope it's not a problem). FS 2 will not do the "touch" thing. I am unable to assign it to control a parameter. I touch FS 1 and get a quick popup screen "Assign block to FS?" message with Cancel, Merge, and OK screens. Trying the same with FS 2 I get nothing, no ability to assign FS 2. Please advise. Thank you.

My M9 fires up and works just fine..........for a short while, somewhere between 5 and 15 minutes. All functions, buttons, controls work, but it just runs out of gas and becomes very very thin sounding. So much so that when I hear it doing that I just unplug it and go direct. I'm using a Line 6 power supply, not something aftermarket. Don't even know where to start, so I thought I'd ask around to see if anyone else has had this happen to them. I doubt it's worth putting in the shop at 90-100 per hour. Any thoughts? Thank you.

You could always go HD300 (least money and still get HD quality). Mine is for sale with gigbag. Today I got a HD500x.
