I can't help, but I'm experiencing the same issue on my Helix Floor. But before it freezes, I will switch to a different preset and the audio will drop out. Input still shows, but nothing goes through the chain. I've factory reset and reinstalled firmware 3.60. This is happening on the stock presets too, so idk what to make of it. I made a crappy video showing what it does here (2:55 shows cutout):
