  1. Really? Line6 can't get a padded envelope for $.20 and ship it USPS for $3.00? UPS Ground for something that small and light is no where near $24. Line6 isn't paying UPS $24 to ship the part.
  2. :) Why would Line 6 care about a mod to a 20 year old amp. When I called, they barely remembered them. Oh, wow, yeah, those!
  3. Is the editor still around?
  4. To replace my Floorboard switches I bought a kit from Amazon that contained 280pcs of 14 different switches. Two of the switches would work fine in the Floorbord, the difference being the height of the button. The actual switch is a 12mm x 12mm x 4.3mm momentary contact or 12*12*4.3H. Do a search and you will find either that switch or an assortment containing them. I paid something like $11 for the 280pc set. There were 20 of each size. If you can solder AT ALL you can easily replace them. You can use a taller switch as long as the button itself doesn't touch the mechanical button if you aren't pushing it down. I would think up to a 7mm tall would work but you need to check your pedal for how much gap there is between the current switch and the mechanical button. The kit I got is no longer available but if you go to this link, you will see others. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N76KBC6?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_dt_b_asin_image https://www.amazon.com/Eowpower-15Value-Momentary-Tactile-Assortment/dp/B06W9PDYBD/ref=dp_prsubs_1?pd_rd_i=B06W9PDYBD&psc=1 I bought an AXSys212 cheap and found the Floorboard was flaky so I replaced the switches. Turns out the issue was with the chip that handles the front panel and Floorboard switches/pedals (U7). There is an issue with ESD killing the chip because it's not protected. If you plug the Floorboard/LAN cable into the amp first you risk static to the other end killing the chip. I replaced U7 and added the protection diodes. All is well with the world now. I also found the AX2 upgrade kit (ROM, front panel and knobs.) Awats
  5. I figured it out. It's the known U7 failure in the amp. I replaced it and added the protection diodes.
  6. Hello, I'm looking for the schematics for on older floorboard WITHOUT the wah switch under the pedal. This floorboard has SELECT SOUND for the upper left switch, not CHANNEL SELECT. The serial number is F1-005432. I have an AXSys212 with this floorboard. The AXSys rom version is 1.04 if that has any bearing. The floorboard display and LEDs track all settings on the AXSys front pannel. The wah and volume work fine. But pressing the SELECT SOUND is the same as pressing the TAP Tempo Tuner and pressing any Bank switch gives random results. I replaced all switches in the floorboard and checked for any bridges or opens. Two of the old switches certainly were intermittent. They are now all good. The AXSys interprets a Channel Select as a Tuner press among other things. I need to look at the switch voltage ladder and see where it's giving the wrong voltage to the ADC converter in the amp. I have the schematics for the later floorboard with the wah switch but there are a couple of wiring differences in the connects (or the schematics are wrong.) One problem is that the voltage divider on mine is markes as the wah switch which I don't have. I makes checking the switch ladder difficult. I am hoping someone has the schematics for this older floorboard. And Patchwizard is you just happen to have it. Or maybe the AX2 prom binary. :) Thanks for any help! Awats
