Does anyone know if I can download the factory presets for the pod go? I may have tweaked one and runied it! is there any way I can download the origianl preset and put it back in? Thanks DWE

HI, I've recently bought a pod go wireless and have downloaded pod go edit along with a number of presets to add to the pod from the line 6 marketplace. When I went to upload these new presets to the pod go I had the message 'the device specified is not the device connected?' Also the new presets that I've imported won't play or come through my output systems. They load onto the pod go, I can see them and the parameters but there is no sound coming from the outputs. Is this normal? Have I downloaded incompatible presets?? Please help Thanks DWE2022
