Unable to turn off Touch In 2.7 > in Global Settings > Footswitches - the first selection was Touch Select. The user had the option to turn it on or off. It seems that in 2.9.1, that became Stomp Select with - Off, Touch, Press and Touch & Press. I turned it to OFF but I am still getting messages asking if I want to swap snapshots. Adjusting the setting appears to turn off only disables the touch to select, aka short touch. But the touch feature is still enabled with a long touch.

Correct. The Global Settings Footswitch area has changed. I'm sure the Touch Select is somewhere in here.....I just need to find it :-0 ha Thanks Adam

Can the the color of the snapshot box on the view screen be changed, or does that stay white? The footswitch changes color as selected but the corresponding screen box stays white. Is this how it is? Thanks Adam

My Helix LT is literally on the way to me! Question - If I am using the foot switches in the 8 Snapshot 1-8 setting, how do I change presets ? Do the bank Up/Down foot switches move between presets within the set list? Or is there another step? I am using this primarily for live gigs. I love the multiple snapshots within the preset but want to be able to change presets during a show. Thanks in advance. I appreciate any assistance or tips on any better ways to do this. Adam

I had to allow the Mac OS to receive the LIne6 drivers etc. Everything is working perfectly now. Thanks for the assistance Adam

Thank you for the response. Yes the rectangle is still in the center of the USB port. I have connected the POD to another computer. and everything worked perfectly. All of the firmware and software are up tp date. I recently got the new Macbook with the USB C ports. I am using a USB C to USB female adapter. I bought a proper USB male to USB C cable to see if that will help. On the USB C computer, Line 6 Monkey does see the device. Its only when I go to update the USB/Drivers/Firmware it tells me it does not see the device. POD HD PRO X edit does not see the device using the USB C. I opened a support ticket as well. I truly appreciate your response and wisdom. Have a good night and I will keep you posted on the progress with the new cable and support. Adam

I am having an Issue with PODHD PROX software seeing the device using USB C with a regular USB adapter. The software isn’t seeing the device. Does anyone know if there is an update to the software of device ? Is it an issue with the adapter ( that works with other usb devices )? Thanks Adam
