I’m experiencing an issue with my Helix Floor after updating my PC to Windows 11 version 24H2. The device is recognized by the system and appears in ShowMIDI, but it does not send any MIDI data into Reaper or any other DAW.
On Windows 10, the same Helix unit works perfectly.
On Windows 11 24H2, the Helix is detected but no MIDI messages are transmitted.
I have already tried reinstalling Line 6 drivers, cleaning hidden devices, resetting Helix global settings, and testing different USB ports.
I also confirmed that I do not have the update KB5092427 installed, which some users mentioned could be related.
Has anyone found a workaround or confirmation from Line 6/Microsoft about driver compatibility with the new MIDI stack in Windows 11 24H2?
