I guess my main question is, how do I accomplish this?? Is it just a plug and play kind of thing or is there some command I have to input or something? I'm new to the whole Linux system. I've been trying to watch videos on the subject, to no avail.

So I know there are a LOT of forums and discussions on this topic, but i need to know how to get this to work. I am currently running Reaper and I'm trying to use my Helix as an audio interface. I just can't seem to figure it out. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
