So here's the response:
"There should be a way to send a file and save it on the phone, and then call it up and load it.
The issue is, when you save a preset to the phone, it is stored in a specifically place on the phone. Unfortunately, the app is designed to only look in one place for the presets, and unless the preset you sent over is stored in that folder, then the phone will not see.
I am going to dig into this a bit more, because it seems like there would be a way to do that."
So I asked "What folder are the presets saved in on the phone? If I had that, I could just move the ones I downloaded there."
Response:
"Yeah I know. I was actually looking through my phone to see if I could find the ones on my phone."
Then the ticket was closed. LOL
