I updated the Helix Stadium device 1.30 directly via Wi-Fi, but it stopped working after restarting. I tried updating it using both the Helix Stadium software and Line 6 software on my Mac, but the device showed no response. It is now bricked.
(p.s. I have created a support ticket, but the only response I received was to download the desktop software to perform the update, which did not resolve the issue at all,and the error code -37 still occurs when creating new presets, with the firmware version showing as 0.0.0 incorrectly.)
