5 years after original reply - I was experiencing the same issue into a Freidman runt 20 - unlugged the USB and it's silent now.

Quick question. Just bought a G10s and love it. It normally is plugged in at rehearsal and stays charged until next practice. It is fully charged now, but will sit docked on my pedal board, unpowered for a week until our next gig in a week. Will it drain the battery if it sits in the charger for a week unpowered or can I safely just plug it in prior to my next show and expect it to still be fully charged. I know some pedals will drain their battery if left plugged in. thanks in advance.
