I have managed to install the Pack but it wasn’t the Support who has helped me. To install the Pack I had to search for the help at other Internet resources, and I asked other owners of such devices for some advice. thanks for that link!

Nobody is going to solve this problem here. Don’t you understand it still? Everybody is waiting till things calm down on their own. Line 6 support is very poor. Asking them anything is not respecting yourself. Recently I have had a problem with installing a paid pack, and while I was trying to communicate with them, I have lost a whole week. It looks like a robot is writing to you,who is ignoring all your questions
