Ux1 Not Appearing License Manager

I have the same problem. I just buy UX1 and I can't work in my MacBook Air. It doesn't appear in License Manager and my computer doesn't recognize it. If the problems stay I need to send back the UX1. -
Since i've updated my imac to mavericks, the computer don't recognaze the tone X2. There are drivers for mavericks?
