  1. I tried 4Cm at one point, but I went with a simple stereo input into the FX return. My JC120 is newer (~2010).
  2. I didn't bypass amp models. Only very minor adjustments for playing through the JC120 compared to reference monitors and headphones.
  3. I used a solo JC120 for years with no problem. I upgraded to Stagescape towers only because I wanted more power than a single 2x12 AND basic PA abilities. Otherwise I would have gotten another JC 120.
  4. The tuner shows up both on the Rack's screen and the Control unit. The Rack Screen is bigger, brighter, and allows for better accuracy, but the Control Tuner display works just fine for me!
  5. Let us know how it holds up / or how it is likely to hold up with a loud drummer, please!

    NAMM SHOW

Any testing of the Firehawk 1500 amp to run Pod or Helix?
  7. I dunno. I think the knobs feel and respond the same as before the update. I don't think they've gotten more sensitive (at least, I haven't been informed to be more gentle when turning and tweaking them...) ymmv

    Aux In

Any of the unwanted "blanket over the sound" side-effects?
  9. When you ran the Pod HD through the Aux input, was the Pod HD set to "Studio Direct?"
  10. Anyone try one yet? I have no interest in it being Pod X3 technology, but anyone try one going in to the Aux input from the HD500 headphone out? At $400, the 75watt might be a good solution for jam-along and home use, but with the only stereo input being 1/8" I'm not sure about any loss in quality. I mean, it's a more verstaile rig than a $200 set of studio monitors....
  11. i find going from humbucker to single coil is like going from open highway driving to city driving for amp tweaking. start with some tones from custom tone. that might help.
  12. Have you tried recording in the new GarageBand? GB's new Drummer feature sounds exciting, since I can never get the right feel from loops. But the Line 6 POD HD500 to GarageBand is my lifeline to my current projects...
  13. I don't like upgrading without feedback from other users. I know that Drivers for Mavericks have been available through Monkey, but Line 6 Edit and my PodHD500 MUST work with my Mac :)
  14. One will also be released with a faux fur coat, matching vespa, and white shoes called the HD MOD.
