  1. At the moment, I've deleted and recreated any patches with issues, but I will try to create some in the next few days and will reply back.
  2. I've made use of Command Center extensively with my old Helix Floor, but have encountered numerous issues with Command Center in Helix Stadium and Helix Stadium app (v.1.2.1 and below). First: Occasionally, in one of my custom patches, an unused footswitch will get assigned a label and color to a block that doesn't exist in the patch. The switch is perpetually stuck in the On state and won't switch off when pressed. Going into Command Center on the unit, I can't clear or change the assignment. At best, I can remove the color and change the label to a blank space to make it appear as the switch is unassigned. Second: In the Helix Stadium app, the app shows fewer switch assignments than on the unit itself. In one case that I'm looking at now, seven of the switches have assignments to blocks in my patch (along with one of those "phantom" assignments mentioned above), but the app only shows one swicth as having an assignment. All other switches appear (in the app only) as unassigned. Changing to another patch and changing back, closing and reopening the app, or rebooting the Stadium do nothing to resolve the issue. Rebuilding the patch from scratch seems to be the only option.
  3. Edit: The issue below was resolved for me after updating to 1.2.1 I've also had chronic disconnection issues. The software disconnects and is unable to locate the Helix, even if I close and reopen the software. My initial problems were with a new Windows 11 PC on a wired connection and the Helix on WiFi. But I've noticed the PC also disconnects when connected to WiFi and not hardwired. Rebooting either the Helix or the PC seems to temporarily resolve the issue. I also have a Macbook that's a few years old, which only disconnects when the laptop is left unattended and goes into power saving mode. I am able to easily reconnect manually after the computer wakes. I've wired most of my house with ethernet cable and I also have a dual band router with 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. The Mac's connection to the Helix is solid when on either WiFi frequency or even with WiFi turned off and connected to my network via cable. The connection is stable regardless of which of the two WiFi channels the Helix is connected to. My plan for the week is to test every combination of computer, computer LAN connection method, and Helix WiFi channel for an hour or two each to see which variables affect disconnection the most. The machines, Helix and WiFi router are all in the same room, so signal strength is almost certainly not an issue. Edit: The problem seems to occur on the Mac as well. And when using either 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz bands.
  4. Same thing just happened to me (and before a series of very big shows). Removing and replacing the knob did the trick. Thanks so much for the advice!
  5. When you say "glitch in the switch"... Can I assume that a new switch purchased from Full Compass won't have the same glitch? I have an out-of-warranty '59 with intermittent issues with the magnetics in the bridge position. My background is in electrical engineering and can easily replace it without the need for a support ticket. Thanks!
