  1. Wow... You are very helpful! Thanks a lot!!! ...everything seems to be possible ;)
  2. I managed to dial in three snapshots and put them on my controllers in stomp mode within 15 minutes before rehearsal, yesterday :) That is just great! Thanks for the input!!! ..what I found, when dealing with snapshots (sorry, other question.. not sure if i should make new thread?): 1) I press snapshot 1 and play. 2) Add e.g. delay with foot switch. 3) I switch to snapshot 2 4) coming back to snapshot 1: Delay is still on... It seems like, all changes I make while using a snapshot, automatically saves to that snapshot... I am not sure, if I want this... (Still thinking about this). Would there be a possibility to "stop editing mode"? So that if I come back to sanpshot 1, stomps are in their state I defined while setting it up... I also realized, that - no matter what I am doing (e.g. stomp on/off)- the "save" button lights up... this doens't make me feel too good... Thus, the save button is more or less always on, also if I just want to play and are not doing any edits... I think in Kemepr it only lighted up, when I was changing parameters inside the stomps, not while I was just using the rig/preset... I think, I would prefer a clear line between editing/setting up and using a preset. Am I wrong? I might just need to get used to the new thinking and working...?
  3. Thanks! I understand the restrictions, that flexibility is bringing ;) ... and I also prefer the flexibility. I can do without that global cab off. I think, I will anyway not have too many presets going (i guess max three per band, currently just one)... so adding the split is not too much work.
  4. Sounds great! I am not at the unit right now, but will try this evening! Thanks a lot! Did not use the command center, yet... ...how did you find this solution? Seems like I missed some resources, I should read... EDIT: Found it: Command Center | Line 6 Manuals PS: title changed (I am not a native speaker ;) )
  5. Hi, as I said in another thread, I am a new user with Line 6 - and just think I understood Snapshots ;) However, I really love to still get most stomps enabled by foot switches, as using a normal pedal board. I love to have MAAANY foot switches ;) I realized, in snapshot mode, I am loosing 4 (!) of the 10 switchs to controll things like bank up /down, Mode and Tab). It also forces me to have 4 switches assigned to snapshots (combo mode), even if I just want to use two or three. There MUST be a way to just assign a snapshot to a foot switch in stomp mode?!? I love stomp mode, because it leaves me two more switches free (bank up/down). I just cannot find the place to assign a snapshot to a foot switch. Should be easy...?
  6. Thanks! That measns, I am not the only one stumbling over this ;) ... I think, Kemper had a quite easier job here, as their "block positions" are fixed and Stadium is much more flexibel on the positioning of effects, cabs, amps... (and even more than one cab/amp). I can understand, that this flexibility makes it quite hard to program a "global cab-off"-button for a specific output... it would get hard, if someone uses more than one cab (for whatever reason) or dual amp setups with two cabs (for whatever reason...) Maybe that is the reason? .. on the other hand, Line 6 seem to be very creative and may find a way to still do this ;) Til than, I will try to not forget adding splits to my presets.. however, it feels not too good, because again its limiting flexibility: Cab needs to be the last block in the chain. I would have compressor, reverb, EQ afterwards, if there would be a way...
  7. Hi, I am coming from Kemper - but already sold that after only a few days with the Helix Stadium floor. REALLY like it, alreday now... and so much more to come :) So many things are so much easier to do on the stadium and sound is great. What I am missing: In Kemper I had a one button posibility to turn "Cab off for monitor out" ("monitor out" is a specific output in Kemper) - in case I want to run the monitor via a real power amplifier and Cab (what I like for the feeling...). I cannot find that option in the stadium?!? In Kemper, this option was global for all presets - very convinient. What I did as workaround: 1) I put cab at last symbol in my chain. 2) before that Cab-block I make a split and run the split to another output (e.g. send) 3) repeat for EACH preset.... (some work, but okayish thanks to the great interafce) My questions to this approach: Line 6 advertised a new and bigger interaction between the amp and cab (impeadence, reactions and stuff I dont know much about) - do I kill that part of the simulation if I don't have the cab block directly after the Amp? ...and of course second question: is there a better way to get one output with and another one without cab simulation?
  8. I had the same some days ago and reported to support. They confirmed this bug - will get fixed
