how to update Old preset/snapshot V3.15 after Helix floor 3.50 update? an easy way to do? found a link Update Cab tools (Cab Upgrade - Helix Tools (helixcabupgrade.azurewebsites.net) but not working for me i have to rebuild all my all presets? thanks for help

My Hélix back from SAV and nothing wrong!! Great, very quick, and nothing wrong!! So I look my neighbours, one have a new electric machine, he unplugged it and my noise disappeared !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

my place is my home and noting change for years i change the place and bzzz still there sav tell me it was electric power so i sent my helix today; return in a month!!!

same BZzzzzzzzzz when IN by guitar in or Aux Same noise with phones no noise if no guitar plug in it seems to be the reception off guitarmicro make noise in the Helix noise I see iff i can downgrade my version and hear ifff noise still BZzzzzzz; so return to 2.10 version ans still the Bzzzz so i think something wrong with my Helix

yes différents cables, guitars, amp, electricplug, diferent place and plug betwween hélix and amp

yes noise shut down with guitar volume, on my 3 different guitars

i have change the place for power connection, no change no usb connected

Nothing new around my helix, i change the place and BZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz stil there noise gate reduce but don't kill the noise no noise since upgrade 2.20 and still on 2.21, perhaps a coincidence of something breakdown and an upgrade
