Am trying to go only Line six ASIO in Cubase,,,,,,headphones into Line Six....horrible distortion,,,,,, worked in the past....driving me crazy,,,only way I can multi-track when Momma and the kiddos are sleeping!

Can anyone tell me why I can't record multi track, play to track one, while listening to track 2, with out a huge latency issue? I am not finding a way to record multi track without serious latency.! driving me crazy....I am currently trying with my input set to Line 6, output set to PC.....if I do input Line Six and output line six, with headphones to line six, I get a horrible noise/distortion, so that doesn't seem to be an option.

Don't see that I am reamping, under the options that include that, I am "sending processed guitar" I can monitor through PC, but then there is terrible lag, am I'm not good enough a player to play that far behind the beat!

problems can be frustrating, but never a good idea to rail against the experienced users who are taking their time to assist... :wacko:​ ..that said, hey experienced users,,,,,,please look at my latest post and offer suggestions? ;)

Am trying to record stright from Line Six Pod XT Live,,,,,,into Cubase,,,,,, have no issue recording,,, but when I try to playback or monitor through POD XT, I get horrible distortion..... Any help would be appreciated....
