  1. Hi, sorry I think you've misunderstood me. I'm using an external pedal for volume and the on board pedal for Wah; however I have found the fix! It seems the volume pedal (even when an external pedal is connected) has a toe switch setting. The Wah pedal (which shows up as a different pedal on the Pod Go) also has a toe switch to activate it. The answer was to disable the toe switch for the volume pedal.
  2. Thanks for the suggestion but I'm using all of the footswitches. I can't understand why it does it as the pedal isn't used a volume control when exp 2 is used.
  3. Hi folks, hoping someone can help. I don't like using the onboard pedal for Wah and volume because you have to turn the volume up to full before you can press the tow switch to activate the Wah (so no funky rhythm playing). So I'm using an external volume (expression) pedal on exp 2. This works great as the external pedal as a minimum volume so I can set rhythm and lead levels. However, moving the onboard pedal doesn't do anything until I activate the tow switch and the Wah is activated: but.... As soon as I activate the Wah the setting for the external pedal is bypassed and the volume jumps to full. So basically I have the same issue that I can't play funky rhythm with the Wah on as the volume goes to full. Any idea how I can stop that happening?
  4. I really think Line 6 should get shops to update the firmware to 1.12 before sending units out. Yes I know it would mean opening the boxes but far more damage to their reputation is being done by the Pod Go failing to work properly. I didn't have any problems with my XT Live but a POD HD500 I own developed a problem with the USB socket (basically it fell apart) and it tuned out it was a known problem. Line 6 make some great sounding gear but it just seems something isn't quite right with their quality control. Actually, I just want to expand on this. What about people who either are not comfortable with updating their unit or indeed don't own a computer and can not update their Pod Go?
  5. Has firmware 1.12 fixed the freezing up issue ? I sent my unit back as I didn't want to be stuck with an unreliable unit, might order one again if the issue has been fixed!
  6. I had the Pod Go for 4 days and it just kept freezing or the sound would stop. Sadly I sent it back for a refund and I'll wait to see if the issues are fixed. If it is firmware it should be fixable but then it should have shown up in testing, I fear it's a hardware fault that has crept in during manufacturer. I have a couple of Pod XT live, a Pod XT, Pod HD, a Pod HD400, Pod XT Pro and a TT and they have all been fine, although an M5 I had kept locking up too. Fingers crossed the issues are fixed. Keith M
