I am new here. Seriously never owned a digital pedal before (excluding my phrase samplers.) I have put in a couple hours on the HX effects unit and have chosen to replace several thousands of dollars worth of pedal and boards for my trip abroad (which will be long term or possibly permanent.) I am getting more and more comfortable with the idea.
Yet, I have one complaint/feature request. All of my pedal boards run right to left (as most pedals do.) It would be counter intuitive to place my first pedal in the upper right hand side of my board. The signal chain graphic on the HX runs backwards too. Unfortunately this boggles my analog guitar brain. Would there be a possibility for a quick setting to fix this? I'm cool with it practicing in the studio but my main concern is, I may find myself getting flustered on stage with that.
I know this may seem like a silly request but to an analog player of 25 years, who may have to make adjustments in the beginning or setbreak or god forbid during a bass/drum solo I would feel a hell of a lot more comfortable with the signal chain graphic in the proper analog order. Maybe this is a mute point and I will get used to it but I had to double think a couple of times trying out the unit.
Thanks for your time.
