Hi! So, like everyone else does every now and then, I changed my guitar setup. Again. my idea was that for me it is not necessary to use the first three cables in the signal chain of the 7CM for my stereo setup. I don't need any FX of the HX Effects before going into the amp. I only used it for splitting the mono guitar input to the two Sends to my two amps. I changed that to an analog splitter (Lehle) to avoid unnecessary A/D D/A conversion. So the HX Effects is only in the amps effect loops, I only use delays, reverbs, modulation there. I´m fine with that, but my problem is now that I have now no access to the tuner. Am I missing the menu where to let the tuner listen to the signal? Or should I connet the effects loop differently compared to the 7CM? Thank you! Claus
Hey all, Two weeks into using the HX Effects, my first ever multi-effects pedal in 30 years of playing. Loving it so far, particularity its small form factor. My only complaint is the tuner. It is fantastic, but I don't like that it is assigned to the TAP button requiring you to hold it down for what is probably only a second to activate, but in a fast paced gig environment it feels like ten seconds. I've done a bit of a search and there doesn't appear to be any way around this but thought I'd check on here if anyone has a tip. I personally don't use the tap function so I would be happy if it could be disabled so that hitting the button would immediately turn on the tuner. Otherwise I may have to start bringing my Peterson, but that's a pain. Thank you to anyone who may have a work around.
