sixguns Posted November 28, 2014 Share Posted November 28, 2014 this is the 3rd time in 2 years since i bought the HD400 pedal board that it will not boot, it just hangs on please wait. you have to reset it back to default and then download the firmware again. has anyone else experienced this it did this right before a gig i cant use the pedal if its not reliable. any advice? The problem here is what was happening when it happened and is there a common factor in the three instances. Off hand (and its a big IIRC) I have "read" that it has happened whe turning off the HD with the USB still connected to the PC. Remember that is guess work on my part. sixguns Posted December 6, 2014 Author Share Posted December 6, 2014 i loaned this pedal out to a friend who needed a rig. i go up to get the pedal, i figured i would reload the firmware. there are paint chips off of the pedal, the input jack is missing off the back so i plugged it in all the lights lit up and i get blocks across the screen then it goes blank yea this pedal was abused. now i am out 400.00 can i get this pedal repaired anywhere, i am so pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! radatats Posted December 6, 2014 Share Posted December 6, 2014 i got the pedal to start after i took the bottom off and removed the springs from the switches that were all over the place and separated the circuit board that were against each other the pedal started well it needs all the switch components they are all broken. this pedal was dropped or maybe he set the pedal on the floor and jumped off the stage to turn on the distortion can i get parts??????????? this is the only place I know that has replacement parts.
