HD500X - Clean tone/dual tone question

I have an X3 Live, and use it for nearly everything.  Great unit, except the foot switch buttons are dropping like flies after 6 years or whatever it's been.  Was thinking of getting the HD500X.

Here's my question though.  One of the main things I use my X3 for is a dual clean tone for my acoustic.  I use the Line 6 "Super Clean" amp model to get some nice full bodied presence, and a pair it as a dual tone with a background "console" amp (mimics a dry signal direct to a board) with some of reverb.  It really captures the essence of the pick rustling through the strings during high energy strumming.  I've had great success with this tactic.  I've used it for years now and love how it sounds.  But I don't see either the super clean, nor the console as amp models for the HD500X and am concerned by this.  Ideas?  Help?  Advice?

Thanks.

In terms of alternatives, I think there are many....I would probably start with the Slo Clean model, even one of the bass amps might get you there for the Super Clean....I would suggest the PRE versions of the models since you are coming from X3...No need to get all complicated with the FULL amp model(power section) as it might color things too much for what you want in terms of replicating this patch...but lots of option to try...

For the direct chain, I think I would leave an second amp block empty and perhaps put a Vintage Pre on the second chain...Pre isn't in the Amps, it's an FX block...Spring verb for sure....you have 8 blocks to play with...I am pretty certain you can spin up a new patch that would do as well or better than your X3 does...There are some X3/XT models on the way in the form of the announced 2.6 update and the coming model packs...not sure if Super Clean is there or not, but there will be some more options for the platform pretty soon...

In the end you probably will not get it exactly like your X3, but dynamic range is better in HD...models have 10x resolution...FX are much higher quality than the XT/X3 FX...So I think you likely could end up in good place...

Thanks guys for the feedback.  Some ideas and some general confidence that the product can deliver something just as good or better I guess is what I was looking for.  I'll still have my X3 and can do A/B comparisons till I get a good close match I guess.  Thanks for the starting point though.  That will help.

I did something similar for an acoustic song we did (still using electric guitar). I used a patch with no amp model and a bit of compressor to control my overall levels for that patch. Worked nicely. Should probably be useful for what OP is trying to do.
