pwhittles
I've been using my HD500X with my guitars and LOVE IT I also own a POD HD bean I need to get fixed I'm considering selling or trading it, however I'm also considering adding it to my chain, most likely connected serially Certainly won't BE lacking in DSP! Any thoughts on running two Pod's? I was also considering running the bean through the effects loop of the Hd500x Apart from the HD500x, I also use an old Rat II distortion pedal, and effects in my DAW

The mind boggles....
jandrio
yes, this can b implemented (not necessarily with ABY, alternatively u can use "FX-return-loop" SEND ONLY feeding the bean). haven't tried a 4 amp signal chain, don't know how it sounds like :) . ColonelForbin
That's a good way to get dual output modes. set one to studio direct and the other to an amp mode, combo, stack, etc. use a JTV, run the vdi into one, and the 1/4" into the other, maybe with a wireless. run one into a DT for electric with the other to an L2 for variax acoustics
bjnette
I got a second HD500 and have mucked about with it routing into its FX return and it soon gets shrill doubling the ADDA conversion. But it does open up possibilities for live and even more for recording. As it is I rarely run out of DSP using one unit. The amp or preamp models with some delay and reverb usually does me. I am looking forward to the bass pack . I think I might sell the second one
