markybird
Hi, I am considering creating a rack setup of rack helix with kemper profiler in the loop for amps (sorry line 6 but I just dig kemper). Question, does the helix remote need a separate power supply or is it powered from the rack unit like the previous processors ? thanks. phil_m
It's powered from the rack unit.
duncann
What is the DC IN on the helix control for?
phil_m
I'm sure the DC input is for when you're using it as a controller via the USB connection. It probably draws too much current to be powered by USB.
duncann
You're right. Looking at the picture on sweetwater, it says 9V 3A!
